Voicent Agent Dialer is a predictive dialer and semi automatic dialer combined for telemarketing campaigns.

In predictive dialing mode, the system can utilize multiple phone lines and supports unlimited agents. The system can automatically dials on multiple lines, and only connect the call to agent when there is a live answer. It improves agent efficiency by reducing wait time.

In semi automatic dialing mode, the system can rapidly dial a phone number by pressing a key or clicking of a mouse. Once connected, you can talk on the line, play pre-recorded audio files, and record conversations. It also allows you to transfer a call to another line. AgentDialer helps to generate leads, reduce work load and boredom, save your voice, increase productivities.
