MultiTel is a threaded batch telnet and ping tool which can very quickly execute a set of telnet commands over hundreds of devices on a network. It can also ping very large ranges of IP addresses very quickly.

MultiTel allows network admins to:

Works 100% on Cisco 1900, 2900, 3500 and 3700 series switches.

Quickly ping a range of IP addresses to discover devices.

Variable ping timeout.

n telnet found devices and execute a series of telnet commands.

Can specify a number of "space" key sends after a given command (useful for sh int)

Can specify commands to be run on a specific device.

Works with TACACS, will fall back to alternate line and enable passwords if TACACS
is not present.

Writes output of devices to a text file for.
*
Writes an XML file with a list of all devices found after pinging.
*
User can select which octets will get incremented while querying
