This LingvoSoft Free Talking Dictionary for Pocket PC provides two-way word translation and synthesis of English speech.

The new Talking Dictionaries for Pocket PC from LingvoSoft are not only built on updated lexical databases but also run perfectly on the most recent Pocket PC platforms. While the software now supports screen rotation in Windows Mobile 2003 SE, virtual keyboards allow the display of European diacritics on devices with a non-European ROM.
