Software for installation of extensions to JA-Tennis, software to help clubs and referees to manage a Tennis tournament. 1) Gallery of very practical utilities allowing to follow in real time the advance of the tournament, to control the licence numbers and the classifications from Internet site of the FFT... 2) Extension allowing to record the players of the tournament in order to quickly integrate them in the following tournaments without re-typing them. 3) Printing sheets of convocations, pointing, statistics, prize list and balance directly since the software tournament management. 4) Import and export to Excel or other software which uses the format DBASE III or XML. This makes it possible to re-use the information produced by another system of tournament management or to process the data of JA-Tennis with other tools of the market like Excel, Access, FoxPro, Works (special presentation, filing...).
JA-Assistant 0.9.9.9
JA-assistant is a software independent of JA-Tennis which allows the administrative assistants, or the judges referees themselves to control information of the players at the time of their arrival, to start the matches, to record the scores and to provide a detailed assessment of the day in the evening. Both the referee and the assistant have a machine at their disposal. The referee uses JA-Tennis and the assistant JA-Assistant. In the morning, a planning of the matches to be made, will be transferred from JA-Tennis to JA-Assistant. In the course of the day the assistant progressively controls the licence of the players at their arrival, starts the matches, records the scores and finally gives the next convocation to the winner. In the evening, after the last match, the planning is transferred to JA-Tennis for recording the scores and the events of the day. This transfer is carried out automatically by removable disk, mail or manually by simple reading of a summary document printed or received by FAX.
