TextMaster Split File  2.0

software tool for splitting fixed or delimited text files into specified number of text files with the same structure. Features include defining number of files to split into based on number of lines each file should contain or fixed number of files regardless of the size. Each file can have header carried over if so required. Destination directory as well as file name base is auto generated based on original file name but can be easily adjusted. File splitting is extremely simple but also very flexible. Processing of files is breathtakingly fast. For example, a data file with 12 Million lines (210 bytes per line, fixed size) split into 10 files takes within 2 minutes on Intel Pentium 3.0 with 512 KB RAM.
