THIS IS AN AGREEMENT. PLEASE READ ALL THE PROVISIONS IN THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("EULA") CAREFULLY. BY INSTALLING OUR SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO ACCEPT ALL TERMS AND PROVISIONS OF THIS EULA.

LICENSE / PERMISSION (FOR PRIVATE USE)
This 7-PDF Split & Merge Version is generally free and exempt from charges for private use, and may be used on any number of computers as long as you like.

LICENSE / PERMISSION (FOR COMMERCIAL OR PROFESSIONAL PURPOSES)
You may evaluate this 7-PDF Split & Merge Version for a maximum trail period of thirty (30) days. If, after that time, you decide to continue using it, you must purchase a license by paying a license fee. If, after the trial period, you choose not to purchase a license, you must uninstall it from any and all computers to which it was installed on a trial basis. Please notice the following license grands for all commercial or professional purposes.

7-PDF, Germany - Thorsten Hodes grants to you a non-exclusive and non-transferable right
(= limited license) to use the Software as follows:

By purchasing and agreeing on a one (1) time license, you are allowed to use and install the Software on your Computer one (1) time unless by purchasing and agreeing a multiple license. If so you are allowed to use and install the Software on "n"-Computers, while "n" refers to the number of purchased Licenses.

GENERAL PERMISSIONS
You may use and/or distribute the software only subject to the following conditions:

- You may not modify the program or documentation files in any way
- You must include all the files that were in the original distribution
- You may not decompile or otherwise reduce the Software to a human
perceivable form
- You may not sell the software or charge a distribution fee, except
to recover the media costs
- You understand and agree with this license and with the disclaimer
of warranty and the limitation of liability printed below
- The software may be bundled and distributed together with other
software products but the same conditions, respectively your
license permissions apply. You do not need to seek our permission
first. But a note telling us about your software and your comment
about our software would be nice.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY
The software and related documentation are provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. 7-PDF, Germany - Thorsten Hodes disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of design, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose. 7-PDF, Germany - Thorsten Hodes does not warrant that the functions contained in the software or documentation will meet your requirements, or that the operation of the software will be uninterrupted, error-free or complete, or that defects in the software or documentation will be corrected.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Under no circumstances, including negligence, shall 7-PDF, Germany - Thorsten Hodes be liable for any lost revenue or profits or any incidental, indirect, special, or consequential damages that result from the use or inability to use the or related products or documentation, even if 7-PDF, Germany - Thorsten Hodes has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. In no event shall 7-PDF, Germany - Thorsten Hodes total liability to you for all damages, losses, and causes of action, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, exceed the amount paid by you for the software.

GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, SEVERABILITY

a. Governing law shall be in all cases with respect to all matters concerning this EULA, or license terms, assignment terms or assignment guidelines the law of the Federal Republic of Germany.

b. The courts in Frankfurt am Main, Germany, shall have exclusive jurisdiction in all cases with respect to all matters concerning this EULA, our GTCT, our license terms, assignment terms or assignment guidelines.

c. If any provision of this EULA, our license terms, assignment terms or assignment guidelines shall be held to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, or any portion thereof, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the maximum extent permissible and the remainder of this EULA, our GTCT, our license terms, assignment terms or assignment guidelines will continue to be in full force and effect.

CHANGES OF THIS EULA
We have the right to reasonably change this EULA in the future.
